Chinsei Mikon Room.

Chi still sits on the couch, at the edge of the coushins and her eyes watering up.

~The morning shift, part 3~
Zero had been challenged again, but this time by a sports gamer. This was his weak point in gaming. If this guy won, he would take his title as best gamer of Gamestop. Zero won by a narrow margin. The guy got so mad that he popped a capillary in his eye, causing him to bleed into unconciousness. "Dude, why does everyone get messed up whenever you play seriously?" One of Zero's co-workers asked. "I dunno." Zero said simply, leaning in his chair.

Chi finally falls alseep toward the end of her movie. Her last concious thought was when Zero-kun would be home.

~Afternoon Shift, Part 1~
Things had started to pick up. More and more people were coming in and out of the Gamestop, buying games, and paying alot for them. Each register had atleast 3 people in the line all that time.

Chi still sleeps on the couch the TV still switched on.

~Afternoon Shift, Part 2~
By god, he didn't envy these people. The place was crowded, people wanting to buy games for whatever reason. The loud talking was giving Zero a headache. This was gonna be a long week.

Waking up occasionaly, Chi mostly sleeps and watches TV. Not wanting to stress herself out, for the baby's sake.

~Afternoon Shift, Part 3~
Okay, things officially got worse. A brawl happened when some buff dudes came in wanting to buy games and didn't get their way on the game demos, so they started a fight with some of the demons that were shopping. Zero had to forcefully eject them all, calling the ambulance and the police. He sighed, sitting at his desk. He hoped he could go soon.

She looks at the clock, and sighs.
"It sure is lonely around here now...I don't know how I'm gonna get used to this."

~Evening shift, Part 1~
Zero sighed in contentment. The afternoon rush had slowed down to an even and balanced pace, making it much more bareable on Zero's nerves. "Is it like this everyday?" Zero asked a dude, who had been on a all day shift since the store opened. "Pretty much." The co-woker said. Zero looked over at the clock. 3 more hours to go before he was able to go back to Chinsei. He hoped they would fly by.

Chi lays on the couch and sighs, this was a long day. She turned the TV back on and watched another movie.

~Evening Shift, Part 2~
An hour and 30 minutes left. Zero sighed and had his head on his desk. There were few people here, and they were taking their sweet time. Zero had to have made a hefty profit for the store, especially since he had stopped the destruction prices from going up, like they did everyday. He sighed and looked over at the clock. Dammit time, hurry up! Zero thought.

Laying on her back she groans, rubbing her stomach.
"It's lonely around here huh?"
She sighs softly and turns back to her movie.

~Evening Shift, Part 3~
Zero looked at the clock. One minute left. In one minute, he was gonna be able to go home. He sighed in contentment. Everyone was gone, and all he had to do was lock up. He started walking to the door. He locked it up, making sure no one was inside. He turned off the electricity and everything. He got on his bike and revved it up. He started heading back to Chinsei, his beloved.

Chi lays on her side, a few tears in her eyes as she watches a very sad movie.

Zero pulled up to his usual parking spot, locking down his bike. He ran to Chinsei's room, knocking on the door. "Hello?" Zero said, waiting.

Chi sits up, rubbing a few tears form her eyes and walks to the door smiling.
"Finally~!"
She hugs him, glad he's home.

Zero was embraced by his lover as soon as he got home, happy. "Hey there." Zero said to her, smiling. "Miss me?"

Zero smirked. "Well, I had a fun day at work, selling and playing games." Zero said to her, leaving out the details of the fight. He sat down, tired from today.

She walks over and stops her movie just as the credits play. Then goes and sits by Zero putting her head on his shoulder.

Zero yawned. Today had taken more out of him than he realized. Just 5 more days of this...Sunday he got off. He put his head on top of hers, cuddling her closer.

"It'll be a lot more hectic around here when the baby comes, I won't be bored then."
She laughs a bit.

Zero snickered. "I'll make sure to visit you whenever I can during my breaks." Zero said to her, smiling.

She smiled and hugs him softly.
