Mystel glared lowly at no one really since the person she really wanted to glare at she'd have to look at a mirror to sort of see.

*Cel jumps out in the middle of the street, right in front of a car that barely stops in time. The driver, a middle aged man, stuck his head out the window and yelled at her. She smiles and hops over another car to the other side of the road. She shouts over to Mystel and Leon*

Mystel shrugged simply "Sure why not?" she said and walked over to Cel. "Would it be against the rules to completely and utterly bother that guy?" she asked, referring to the one that had just left.

Meh. Whatever. Do what you like, but don't do anything that will get you a one way trip to the headmaster's office. We're pretty lenient here, because most of us should be able to care for ourselves.

Mystel smiled like a child with candy, that expression of words anyway "Oh I'll be careful" she said with that smile.
