*Puts things up*

"Not sure really."

"Me neither." Zero said, going over to sit down. He really didn't know what to do, since they had basically done everything.

*She sits down next to him*

"So...." Zero said, trying to strike up a conversation. He started to twiddle his thumbs.

"So...."
*She didn't know what else to say, it was quiet and it looked like everyone had left already*

Zero kept twiddling his thumbs, waiting for something to happen.

*She sighs*
"Well, this was fun. I guess the party's over though."

"This was a fun party, wasn't it." Zero said, getting up. He stretched and looked over to her. "I hope we can hang out again." Zero said again, part of him not wanting to go.

She stands an smiles at him.
"So do I Zero, your a nice guy. Thanks for everything."

"Like I said, it was no problem." Zero said to her, smiling back. Nice guy's dont get the girl... He said to himself in the back of his head. He mentally slapped himself. We're just friends! Zero said in his mind.

*She smiles and holds out her hand*
"Mind taking the birthday girl home?"

"Sure." Zero said, a smile still on his face. He led her home, the night sky dark and the full moon shining bright above them. He led her to her front door. "Tonight was great. I had alot of fun." Zero admitted.

"So did I Zero, I can't wait for my next birthday party."

Zero smiled. "I promise to make some more good food for your next birthday." Zero said. "I hope you have a good rest of the night." Zero said to her.

"The same to you Zero, thank again."
*She touches the pendant softly smiling*

Zero turned around and saw a fire in the distance. "That's the direction of my house. NO!" Zero said, starting to run in the direction of his house. He found it, burning to the ground. In front of the gate, there was a note stating, "Never mess with us again!" Zero clenched his fist in anger.

*She runs over and sees what's happened*
"Zero whats going on?!"

"They burned down my family home....those thugs that tried to take that lady...everything's gone." Zero said, tears flowing down his face. Everything about his family, his lineage, gone in an instant.

Begining to cry too she hugs him very softly.
"I'm so sorry Zero."

Zero's tears stained the ground. "I'm gonna make them pay!" Zero said, his voice choked with tears.

"I'll help you, in any way i can!"
*She hugs him still crying too*

Zero looked over to her, seeing her crying for him. "Do you know somewhere I can stay for the night? I'm gonna go apply for a dorm in the morning, but I don't have a place I can stay for the night." Zero said.

"You can stay with me, I have a pull out couch if that's ok."

"Thank you, Chi-chan." Zero said to her, his voice starting to brighten a bit. He got up and dried his eyes.

*She takes his hand and leads him inside her house*
"It isn't much but it's nice."
