Unexpected... again (Private)

Hasuhana groaned as she closed the book with a thud. She was looking for more information about vampires in Japan, but she still couldn’t find anything. She rubbed her temples, staring at the small pile of books she still had to look through. She wore another short sundress, ivy green, and her flip flops lay under the table she was sitting at. She brushed a piece of her hair back and grabbed the next book, and started to flip through it.

Hasuhana jumped and knocked the book off of the table by accident. She looked around, her face flushed slightly. She was even more surprised to see a boy she barely knew. She had been expecting that it was maybe Alice sneaking up on her. "Ah... s-sorry... did you m-mistake me for s-someone else?" she asked nervously, hoping that that was the logical explanation for it.

"Oh... um... t-then did you n-need something?" she asked uncomfortably, shifting from foot to foot. "D-did you need t-to use the t-table?" she asked, grasping at straws, as she bent down and picked the chair back up.

"Um... w-what is it? I'm n-not a prefect b-but maybe I could h-help you," she said, brushing a strand of her hair that had fallen over one shoulder back.

Hasuhana froze, her face going red. "W-wait... are you A-Alice?" she asked stupidly, greatly confused. She didn't know if Alice could change genders, but she had no other idea what could be going on.

"Ummm..." was all she could say. 'Don't just stand there... do something!' an angry part of her brain commanded her. "I... um... y-you know her?" she asked, trying to ignore everything else and just concentrate on talking until he, hopefully, lost interest.

Hasuhana felt her body react slightly. 'Idiot!' the angry part of her brain shrieked. 'What are you doing??' "I... d-don't... t-think this is s-such a... mmm... g-good idea," she said quietly, trying to concentrate. Part of her wanted to panic and try to run like she had a few months ago, but she couldn't make herself.
