Aerobics Room. This room is connected to the cardiovascular room. The aerobics room contains giant stretching balls and mats so that you can freely practice aerobics. Cardiovascular Fitness Room. This is the room connected to the weight room. It is full of machinery designed to help with cardiovascular exercise, such as running. The machines can be adjusted in extremities, allowing the many species of people to get a full work out. This allows for a human to get an exercise that is not too difficult for them, as it would be if the machines were set to a demon's standards. There is also an aerobic room connected to this room. Weight Room. This is the weight room. This room is full of equipment designed to build muscles and keep them in shape by weightlifting and whatnot. All of the equipment is designed to be able to adjust to the user's will to ensure a full workout for all species. A human can adjust the weight to suit them as opposed to a demon's suitable workout weight.
