Zero was zooming down the highway with Chinsei behind him, heading to the doctors. They had marked this day as when they could come in to see what gender the baby was gonna be. He couldn't wait to see if he would have a daughter or son.

Zero chuckled and met her kiss, giving her a kiss in return. "I had a great sleep. How about you?" Zero asked her, smiling.

"I hope you did." Zero said to her. He sat up and stretched his arms, his body a bit stiff.

She sits behind him and puts her around around his shoulders. Her head rests on his left shoulder and she smiles.

Zero felt her behind him and made no effort to move. He just sat there in the silence with her, enjoying every second of it.

Zero leaned back and kissed her on the cheek, returning to his regular sitting position. This feeling in his heart, the fluttering feeling, was still there. He knew he would never abandon her.

Happily sighing softly she crawls around and lays her head in his lap.

Zero put his hand on her back and stroked it softly. He was still a bit asleep, but he was awake enough to be aware.

Zero, still smiling, sat up. He got out of bed slowly and got in the shower. He was glad tht he brought a change of clothes. He walked out of the bathroom fully dressed in new clothes.

Zero hugged her back, smiling. He held her firmly, feeling a kick from the baby. "I know he's gonna be strong..." Zero said. "And kind. Just like his dad."

"He's gonna have a lot of qualities from you."

Zero kissed her on the forehead, still smiling. He held her closer, so he could feel her heartbeat and the heartbeat of their child.
