*Celest sits in the middle of the stream, meditating. She is completely soaking in the water, sitting there in her regular clothes. Her eyes are closed and she has her wrists resting on her knees.*

I don't get why you're doing this

*She chuckles lightly, the mirth in her voice rich enough to caress*
Alright, I'll look at it from your point of view...Fate, you say?

He smiles at her "well yes fate...i suppose...you know the being that controls the path and doesn't care if you fail or succeed?"

Sometimes I know fate like a dear friend, and other times...well...
*She makes a vague motion with her hands*
La, I don't know. Perhaps everything is preordained by fate. But if it is, what's the point of trying anything?
*She sighs*

"Very good point, that's where people put fate as a figment into the image of gods so that there is a reason how ever I don't believe in gods or a god...only in spiritual rebirth...or Fate as you would call it..."

*Celest shrugs*
I believe in whatever suits me the best. Sometimes fate, sometimes not. Mostly, I just believe in myself. Believing in other things will just lead to disappointment.

"Yes this is true...which is why i have no clue what leads the lives of us...which is why I do not talk of it..." He smiles "So how bout you why do you go to the academy?"

*Celest ponders the question*
I got bored with the world. With the human, and human civilizations. So when Aasia-sama's father called to offer me a job here as prefect, it intrigued me. I school where all sorts of beings learned together and were generally expected to live in peace. So I came.

"Hmmm I suppose that makes the truth..." He smiles and looks up at the sky

*Celest nods, looking at the sky with him*
Yesh... I guess so...

He phases out. "Oh how the wind mocks thee, it flies from here and there but never does it cease. It ravels from to and fro...but yet we never will see this of what we call the life and of death. How the wind mocks thee, gives flight to animals but humans stay on ground. Never will see this black bird yet so profound. I wish for one more day will we see again. Till another day, till the wind will cease to mock thee..."

*Celest listens in silence*

He blinks and looks at her... "erm i phased out what happened..."

*She tilts her head curiously, letting her hair fall around her face*

"I don't know thats i asked you?"

*Celest laughs again, a smile bright on her face*
I haven't truly laughed this much in a long time. I have no idea, so I guess we have no answer.

"appearently..." he looks at her...heh...

*Celest nods*
Apparently so.
*A bird lands on her wrist. she looks at it and strokes its wings softly with the tips of her fingers*

He looks at her and smiles "a bird hmm..." He looks up at the sky again.

Sometimes I envy birds. They have the freedom to fly where ever they choose without consequence. They are free...
*She sighs and lets the little bird fly away*
