Relaxing (Yahiko)

*Celest sits in the middle of the stream, meditating. She is completely soaking in the water, sitting there in her regular clothes. Her eyes are closed and she has her wrists resting on her knees.*

I don't get why you're doing this

That's right. I don't know how you're going to get calm

*Celest chuckles*
Nothing will ever make you weak or useless, trust me on that. Speaking poetry doesn't make you lesser. It's really nice. And just because you're speaking it now doesn't make you less dangerous. If I attacked you while you were speaking, you would have simply taken action and possibly killed me~

*She sits down right next to him*
It's not flattery. It's the true and it always will be. Poetry doesn't make you less dangerous, just like a pretty face doesn't make you a good person.

" what is that supposed to mean?"

*Celest snaps our of her thoughts as her mind retraces what she said. She giggles and shakes her head.*
Oops. That last comment was aimed more at me, hehe. Just ignore that. It means absolutely nothing. Nonsense really~

"hmmm alright..."

*Celest giggles and lays on her back, the soft soil hugging her. She places her hands behind her head and watches the clouds shift and move, blown by the wind.*
The day's looking nice...
I slipped up there...Haven't done that to a stranger in a while...

"Haha I suppose heh.." He smiles

*Celest nods, still staring at the bright blue sky*
I think so. Yet, all the skies seem to look the same everyday to me now...
*She sighs*

"I see...well the world is as bleak as it can get i suppose..."

Sometimes...yet it's the littlest things, the simplest things that are the most important... One of my fondest memories is just walking with my little sister down the road, headed to the next village. We were just walking and talking, having simple fun.
*She chuckles before sadness flashes in her eyes*
I miss her
She's not going to come back, dear

La, I know...I've come into terms with it long ago...But still...

"I see...must be nice to have family..."

*Celest's eyes cloud for a moment before going back to normal*
I've never really had a family. I took care of lots of people, and then I left them on their own when they could take care of themselves. My dearest little sister died long ago...

"I see....I'm sorry, I never knew what happened to mine..."

*Celest shrugs*
We all have carry different burdens. I'm sure I have it no worse than you~

"It's a probability..."

*Celest rolls onto her side and looks at him with a half lidded gaze, sleepy*

*She giggles*

*Celest shakes her head, biting her lip to prevent another onslaught of giggles*
Nothing. It's not you, really. It just that you sounded so much like someone I know dearly at that moment, that I had to laugh.

"Who might that be Ms.Sinclair...erm i mean Celest..."

*Celest bites her bit harder to prevent a frown this time*
Well, at least you bit my last name back after you said it....
*She sighs and smiles at her memories*
He was a mentor of mine, a dear friend and teacher. He's not here anymore though...

"Hmm I take it you liked him?"

I don't....like people that way....
Attachments are too personal. Emotions get in the way too often
